We are very thankful for Susan's support, direction, and patience. We initially began our search looking further ahead towards a potential purchase date and, primarily, sought to focus on learning about the market and what was available in our price range. Susan was incredibly supportive and did not push us towards an offer, at all. She would take initiative to identify some properties that matched some of our desires and simply said, "Let's take a look." There was little pressure and a very patient, knowledgable, and personal approach. Once we honed in on the types of houses of interest, Susan was great about staying in that zone.
